2 years, with the option to continue subscribing beyond the period. If you choose to extend your subscription with us, there are some upgradable options at market cost that Intlife will be able to provide.
During the warranty period, Intlife will repair or service any defective part of your installed system.
As long as you continue to subscribe, hardware replacements and labour costs are free
Do take note that our warranty does not cover:
Battery replacements
Repairs needed due to Acts of God, unintentional use of the equipment installed, or a third party other than Intlife attempts to repair, change, modify or dismantle the system, or any other reason except a defect in the equipment or our installation.
We are not liable for consequential or incidental damages
Contact us and let us know which part of your system is malfunctioning, and we will provide service as soon as possible during our business hours, which are from 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday, excluding holidays that we observe. Take note that a responsible adult (18 years and older) must be at the premises at the time we visit.
Intlife will not be able to guarantee energy savings, as everyone’s case and situation is different. However with lesser human errors, automated schedules after checkout and smarter use of appliances, there will be a difference when you fully utilize Intlife’s system
If that is the case, all the hotels operating would be deemed illegal! To get to know more about your property is a good thing. But to use that information to plot or plan something against your tenants would be illegal and we do not condone this type of behaviour
